There has been question as to what is the “Official” website representing the McKeesport Candy Co., and as owner of McKeesport Candy Co., and CandyFavorites.com, I would like to personally tackle that question.

McKandy.com WAS starting in 1998 as an informational site for our company and it DID go on to become an online commerce site. It is still operational BUT it no longer represents, nor claims to represent the McKeesport Candy Co.

Effective in January 2005, McKandy.com was under new management and operates as a quasi “affiliiate” as it purchases candy from us as well as from other wholesalers, some who operate independent websites.

To make a very long story short, due to security and business reasons, we felt it prudent to create a brand new site, with independent management and ownership, which has grown to be the largest, safest, online candy store.

Candyfavorites.com is the only site OFFICIALLY allowed to represent McKeesport Candy Co., and all orders ship directly from our warehouse located outside of Pittsburgh,PA. It is managed directly by me and the staff at McKeesport Candy Co.

McKeesport Candy Co., is a unique entity as we are both a full service candy wholesaler serving Western Pennsylvania as well as an online merchant representing North America. Established in 1927, we are also one, if not the, oldest candy wholesaler in the country!

We are currently in the process of ensuring that all references and links reflect the change as noted above! This is a grueling task but, slowly and surely, this is being accomplished.
