Almond Joy Passion Fruit
With Almond joy starting the craze for Limited Edition candy bars, we were excited to receive one of the oddest and best tasting candy amalgamations that we have recently encountered.
The new Almond Joy Passion Fruit is a strange concept but tastes far better than anticpated and would be a marvelous companion to a Pina Colada on a hot summer day.
OK, we admit Passion Fruit is an odd flavor for a candy but these rarities are worth a try and the real question is, what will they think of next?

Now this is a Strange Idea for me. I LOVE Almond Joy, it’s very similar to the U.K’s Bounty Bar, 2 small bars per wrap, Milk Or Dark Chocolate surrounding a moist, white Coconut Centre but alas no Almond. NOW COME ON…….. Almond Joy Pina Colada-What Was That? I can see only one connection & that’s Coconut!! But that’s where it ends!! WHY? What is the fascination at the moment with Changing Everything? Yeah ok some work but did you know there are 26 different flavored Kit Kat’s!! I’ve not tried the Passion Fruit so I can’t comment so I could be wrong but… If It’s Not Broke Then Don’t Try To Fix It!!!

I HAVE tried the Almond Joy Passion Fruit and quite frankly thought it was disgusting. Several of my fellow office employees and I agreed it tasted much like nail polish remover. I am a longtime fan of the original Almond Joy and Mounds and I even like the Pina Colada flavor (although in my opinion it would have been better in milk chocolate), but the passion fruit version ought to be ripped from the shelves immediately! (sorry to those of you who enjoy it)

Ohhh… I have to agree that the Passion Fruit flavor is particularly heinous. It really does taste like some sort of cleaning fluid. I’m actually a big fan of the Pina Colada, so the fact that I disliked it so much was rather disappointing. It’s a VERY rare occasion that I’m compelled to discard any kind of candy!

i loved them!!! i haven’t been able to find them again, are they still for sale?? i don’t know what you guys are talking about, those chocolates are delicious!!!
